Supraton\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0rental machines<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

We offer our customers Supraton\u00ae rental machines for process development. This enables the testing and analysis of new methods and processes with our laboratory and pilot machines.

Operational safety
according to performance level D<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We perform safety modifications of existing centrifugal stations in accordance with the Machinery Directive EN 13849-1. This offers many benefits to the owner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Improved operational safety according to performance level D<\/li>
  • Failsafe control due to design and programming in accordance with the Machinery Directive EN 13849-1<\/li>
  • Sensor upgrades to monitor vibration, speed, and pendulum movement<\/li>
  • Safety-limited speed (SLS) for safe shutdown in the event of a malfunction without loss of batch or delay due to cleaning<\/li>
  • State-of-the-art diagnostic system for quick analysis, localisation, and repair of defects<\/li>
  • Expanded safety functions in accordance with current EU standards<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Recurring tests,
    DGUV rule 100-500<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    We perform recurring tests on centrifugals according to DGUV rule 100-500 (German social accident insurance). According to the German operational safety ordinance, equipment must be tested annually in operating condition and every three years in disassembled condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Our employees are qualified, certified, and authorised persons according to DIN EN ISO 9712. They apply powerful methods for inspection and analysis to check key components of the centrifugal for cracks. Surface crack inspections using eddy currents enable the testing of components while installed to minimise time and cost. Our experts are available to you in all matters regarding recurring tests of centrifugals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
